some of the sweetest kids i know....

this trio has worked with me for a few years now....their father is the one who calls every couple of years to have their portraits taken. i love it when a dad is just as passionate, if not more, than the mom about having his kids photographed and their childhood "memorialized".

i know i am crazy about preserving every detail about my children growing up. i think i have become this way for three reasons:

#1 i love doing fun things when editing to spark up my pictures and make them into amazing conversation starters in my home! i love it when people come into my home, stop at a photograph display and say "hey! how did you do that? where were you?"

#2 because i go back often into my photograph catalogs of my own children, I see how much they have grown year after year and i appreciate seeing the changes, which of course makes me want to preserve even more! sort of a domino effect, every time a woman older than myself looks at my kids and says, "enjoy them! they grow up so fast!" i feel like saying "i know i know! really i do!"

#3 i have many clients who come back to me year after year and i have seen their children change so much from one year to the next. i am so happy for those clients who get it and want to keep imprinting each year of their children's lives.
